Proactive Front Desk Receptionist (Part-Time) – 2 Positions Available

We're growing and looking for two friendly, energetic, and animal-loving Front Desk Receptionists to join our Royal Pet family!

Available Shifts
We are hiring for two part-time positions:
Position 1
- Monday – Saturday
- 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Position 2
- Monday – Saturday
- 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Compensation
- $1,560 per month
- $10 bonus for every verified 5-star Google review

What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a pet grooming salon, veterinary clinic, pet daycare, boarding facility, or similar environment is preferred.
- Must be comfortable handling dogs of all sizes in a safe, calm, and caring manner.
- Genuine love for animals and excellent customer service skills.
- English required (Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus).
- Strong communication and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable using computers, scheduling software, and payment systems.
- Organized, dependable, and proactive.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
Main Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and check pets in and out.
- Safely receive and hand off pets to the grooming team.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and text messages.
- Schedule and confirm appointments.
- Process payments and manage daily transactions.
- Maintain accurate client and pet records.
- Recommend retail products.
- Keep the front desk clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Assist with other daily operations as needed.
