Fairview Rehabilitation & Skilled Nursing is seeking a caring and dependable LNA to join our team full-time on the day shift.
Our LNAs play an important role in helping residents feel comfortable, supported, and cared for throughout their day.
Schedule:
- Full-time
- Monday through Friday
- 6:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and other daily needs
- Helping with mobility, transfers, and positioning
- Assisting residents during meals
- Responding to resident needs promptly and respectfully
- Observing and reporting changes in resident condition
- Working collaboratively with nurses and other members of the care team
- Helping maintain a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment
Requirements:
- Current New Hampshire LNA license
- Dependable and compassionate
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Long-term care or rehabilitation experience preferred, but not required
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
