We are hiring an experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper with strong QuickBooks experience to handle day-to-day bookkeeping, payroll, accounts payable/receivable, bank and credit card reconciliations, and general financial recordkeeping. This position requires someone detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable managing bookkeeping tasks independently.
Responsibilities include:
- Recording and organizing daily financial transactions
- Processing customer payments and deposits
- Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Entering invoices, bills, and receipts into QuickBooks
- 401-K deposits
- Quarterly payroll reports
- Maintaining organized financial files and documentation
- Communicating with vendors, customers, and team members when needed
- Assisting with basic office tasks
Qualifications:
- Previous bookkeeping or office accounting experience required
- QuickBooks experience required
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Comfortable using spreadsheets, email, and basic office technology
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Dependable, professional, and able to meet deadlines
Schedule:
Full-time position, Monday through Friday.
