We’re a busy family in North Naples looking for a warm, dependable household assistant to become a consistent part of our weekday routine.
With three school-age girls and busy afternoon schedules, we’re looking for an extra set of capable hands to help keep our home organized, get dinner on the table, and make afternoons run a little more smoothly.
This is a varied role for someone who enjoys a mix of home organization, cooking, and being around kids. Some afternoons may involve laundry and preparing dinner while the kids are at activities; others might include driving one of the girls to a nearby program, helping with lunches and backpacks, or getting the house reset for the next day.
We’d love to find someone who is naturally organized, enjoys taking initiative, and takes pride in making a home feel calm and cared for.
Household Support
- Staying on top of everyday clutter and keeping shared spaces organized
- Family laundry from start to finish, including folding and putting away
- Light daily cleaning such as wiping counters, vacuuming as needed, loading/unloading the dishwasher, and resetting rooms
- Keeping the kitchen clean and functional
- Helping with backpacks, lunches, and the general afternoon reset
We have regular professional cleaning, so deep cleaning is not part of this role.
Cooking
Cooking will be a regular and important part of the position. We’re looking for someone who is comfortable in the kitchen and enjoys preparing fresh, home-cooked family meals.
This might include following a recipe, preparing a protein and sides, making salads or vegetables, prepping ingredients, and having dinner ready for the family. We can provide meal ideas and groceries, but we’d love someone who is confident taking it from there.
You definitely don’t need to be a professional chef, just someone who genuinely enjoys cooking and is comfortable preparing a variety of meals from fresh ingredients.
Kids & Driving
Our girls are 7, 10, and 12, so they’re fairly independent, but our afternoons can be busy! Part of the role may include:
- Being home with one or two of the girls while we take another to an activity
- Occasionally driving a child to or from a program within the North Naples area
- Helping keep afternoons organized and on schedule
- Being a friendly, patient and dependable adult presence in the house
A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and safe driving record are required.
We also have two very friendly dogs, so being comfortable around dogs is important.

- Is comfortable driving children locally
- Is flexible and understands that no two afternoons in a family home look exactly the same
- Has experience working in a private home, as a family assistant, nanny, household manager, or in a similar role
