Position Overview:
We are hiring detail-oriented Production & Packaging Associates to support our cultivation and product preparation process. 3-Day Work Weeks (specifically tuesday-thursday)
This role is critical to maintaining the quality and presentation of our brand.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with product packaging and labeling
- Maintain clean, organized production spaces
- Follow compliance and safety procedures
- Support inventory handling and preparation
- Ensure consistency in product presentation
Who You Are:
- Detail-oriented and focused
- Able to work efficiently in a structured environment
- Reliable and consistent with attendance
- Takes pride in quality and presentation
- Comfortable working in a production setting
Preferred:
- Experience in production, warehouse, or cannabis environments
- Understanding of compliance (or willingness to learn quickly)
