Project Manager (Contract)
Please note that this is a contract role providing services to Microsoft through external staffing partners of Allegis Global Solutions. If you are selected for this role, you will be employed by AGS and will not be an employee of Microsoft.
Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join a dynamic team focused on partner operations and business operations management. This role is central to maintaining organizational effectiveness, driving business rhythms, and supporting collaboration infrastructure across a fast-paced and high-impact environment. The ideal candidate will bring strong program management expertise, exceptional communication skills, and a proven ability to manage operational cadence while supporting cross-functional teams. This is a hybrid position based in Redmond, WA, requiring onsite presence two days per week.
Job Responsibilities:
Coordinate projects by developing detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of related activities
Support business operations by contributing to rhythm of business events, logistics, and operational cadence
Maintain and organize the team's SharePoint site, ensuring file hygiene and a well-structured operational infrastructure
Manage Teams meeting logistics and provide staff augmentation support as needed
Present and explain proposals, reports, and findings to relevant stakeholders
Confer with management and cross-functional staff to discuss project specifications and procedures
Analyze resource needs and assess the feasibility of projects in alignment with organizational goals
Support events and town halls, including onsite coordination when required
Review and recommend or approve contracts and cost estimates as applicable
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in SharePoint and file storage administration
Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience with MS Teams
Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in business management and program management
Prior experience supporting partner operations or business operations in a large, complex organization preferred
Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
PMI or PMP certification preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills with keen attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to work independently and effectively manage time and priorities
Proficiency in SharePoint administration and file storage management
Familiarity with MS Teams for meeting coordination and collaboration support
Knowledge of business and management principles including strategic planning and resource allocation
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Experience supporting rhythm of business events and operational program management
Ability to manage organizational infrastructure and maintain consistent operational processes
Additional Details:
Location: Redmond, WA (Hybrid: 2x a week)
Duration: 6 months
Pay Range*: $57.50 - $65 per hour
Weekly Schedule: 40 hours
Job Status: Non-Exempt
