Pay: $20-28/hr (cash/check, weekly), higher if you can cut & roll like a pro--no taping here. Bonuses for crisp edges, fast, clean jobs, zero callbacks.
Duties: Scrape, sand, caulk, roll, brush--cut in ceilings/trim/doors without tape (I'll demo my steady hand tricks.) Own ride, basic tools, on-time every day.
If you're eager and you've got a steady hand, I'm happy to teach you--even if you're younger w/ no experience, as long as you're willing to learn.
