International Marine Products, Houston, is currently hiring a Sales Manager. The ideal candidate should be a good team player who has experience in wholesale seafood industry.
Key Duties:
- Provide leadership to sales team
- Train and mentor sales
- Analyze sales data and make projections
- Improve sales team productivity and customer services
- Negotiate contract price
- New products promotions
- Collaborate with other departments
- Perform projects
- Other duties as assigned
Requirement:
- With wholesale seafood sales experience at least 5 years
- Fluent in English, know Chinese or Japanese is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail oriented, strong time management skills, able to prioritize workload
- Have multitasking skills
- Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook
- Able to work independently as well as in a team
- Authorized to work in the United States
Physical Demands:
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
