Advanced Practice Provider – Urogynecology & Pelvic Surgery (Arnot Health)
Arnot Health is seeking a compassionate, motivated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our expanding Urogynecology & Reconstructive Pelvic Surgery practice. This is a unique opportunity to work directly with a fellowship‑trained, board‑certified urogynecologist, as we build a premier pelvic floor center serving women across the Twin Tiers region.
Role Summary
The APP will work full‑time in a supportive outpatient setting, providing comprehensive care for women with pelvic floor disorders and gynecologic conditions. Prior urogynecology experience is welcome but not required—extensive training and mentorship are provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and manage conditions including urinary incontinence, overactive bladder, recurrent UTIs, pelvic organ prolapse, pelvic pain, endometriosis, and vulvar/vaginal disorders
- Conduct new patient and follow‑up visits
- Provide postoperative care and patient education
- Review labs and imaging; coordinate care with referring providers
- Participate in quality improvement and assist with triage
- Train to independently perform and interpret urodynamic studies under the supervision of our physician
