We are seeking an energetic and motivated Telephone Sales Representative to join our sales team in our new location! Duties
- Conduct inbound and outbound business-to-business (B2B) sales calls using warm-calling techniques to generate new business opportunities. Build rapport with decision-makers, present company services, overcome objections, and close sales. Qualify leads, schedule appointments when appropriate, maintain accurate CRM records, and consistently meet or exceed sales goals while providing professional customer service.
- Engage in B2B (business-to-business) sales conversations, understanding client needs and presenting tailored solutions
- Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software such as Salesforce to track interactions, update client information, and manage sales pipelines
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals effectively while maintaining a customer-centric approach
- Follow up on leads generated through campaigns and outreach efforts
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive experience
- Maintain detailed records of all calls, interactions, and sales activities for reporting and analysis purposes
- Take anywhere between 100-200 calls a day via our telemarketing phone system
Qualifications
- Experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or technology sales is highly desirable but not required
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence and persuade effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to handle clients objections and or be willing to improve
- Demonstrated customer service skills with a professional and positive attitude
