CORE RESPONSIBILITIES OF ADJUNCT INSTRUCTORS:
Monroe University is seeking adjunct instructors in each of the schools and for general education courses. Positions are available for teaching on Monroe’s Bronx and New Rochelle campuses and for teaching online. Classes are offered during the day, in the evening, and for the graduate division we offer a hybrid schedule on Saturdays.
Adjuncts are responsible for instruction, course preparation, developing instructional materials, grading and assessment, and professional responsibilities as a member of the instructional team of a school or academic department.
The School of Business and Accounting is seeking an experienced, forward-thinking instructor to teach our graduate-level course, Omnichannel Marketing Strategy. This course prepares future marketing leaders to seamlessly integrate digital, mobile, and physical customer touchpoints.
The ideal candidate bridges cutting-edge academic theory with elite industry practice. They will equip students to design, execute, and analyze unified customer journeys using modern marketing technology (MarTech) stacks.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
· Delivery: Teach advanced frameworks for cross-channel integration, multi-touch attribution, and customer lifecycle management.
- Experiential Learning: Bring live industry case studies, simulations, and real-world datasets into the classroom.
- Technology Integration: Train students on standard industry tools (CDPs, CRMs, Web Analytics) used to eliminate data silos.
REQUIRED EDUCATION/KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS
- Education: Minimum of a Master’s degree (MBA, MS in Marketing, or related field) from an accredited institution. A Ph.D. or DBA is preferred.

- Experience: 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in marketing strategy, e-commerce, or retail innovation.
- Leadership Roles: Proven track record in a senior position (e.g., CMO, VP/Director of Omnichannel, Head of Digital Commerce).
- Technical Mastery: Direct strategic oversight of enterprise MarTech stacks (e.g., Salesforce, Adobe, Google Analytics 4).
Pay: $60.00 - $90.00 per hour
