No prior experience is required.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist prospective clients
- Guide clients through the consultation process
- Answer questions regarding available coverage
- Schedule follow-up appointments
- Maintain accurate client documentation
- Build long-term relationships through exceptional service
Qualifications
- Friendly and professional communication
- Strong organizational skills
- Coachable attitude
- Customer service experience is helpful but not required
