As a Lead Superintendent you will:
- Lead the field operations for the company's most significant construction projects, ensuring exceptional execution from site mobilization through final turnover
- Serve as the senior field leader, providing guidance, direction, and support to Superintendents, Assistant Superintendents, and field personnel across multiple projects or large-scale developments
- Drive project success through proactive planning, coordinating manpower, equipment, materials, and trade partners to maximize productivity and maintain project schedules

Requirements of this Lead Superintendent role:
- 12+ years’ overall experience with 5+ years’ experience in a Lead Superintendent role
- Previous experience on federal government or military projects
- Vertical and large pour-in-place builds
