Our Sales Team Members connect customers with Verizon's latest wireless and internet services while delivering an exceptional customer experience from the first conversation through enrollment. As a Sales Team Member, you'll represent our team by building relationships, educating customers, and supporting sales growth through professional, face-to-face interactions.

Sales Team Member Responsibilities
- Meet directly with customers to introduce Verizon wireless, internet, and connectivity services
- Explain available products, pricing, promotions, and account options
- Assist customers with enrollments, account setup, activations, and account updates
- Build strong customer relationships while delivering exceptional customer service
- Follow up with customers to ensure a smooth enrollment and service experience
- Collaborate with fellow Sales Team Members and leadership to achieve daily sales goals
- Maintain company standards for professionalism, customer service, and brand representation
- Continue developing sales, communication, and leadership skills through ongoing coaching and mentorship
Sales Team Member Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, marketing, or sales is helpful but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
- Self-motivated, dependable, and goal-oriented
- Interest in sales, customer service, business development, telecommunications, and leadership
