Schedule: Full Time
What You'll Do
-
Appointment Scheduling: Book, confirm, and reschedule routine maintenance or repair visits.

Multichannel Communication: Answer phone calls, web chats, text messages, and emails from clients.

Outbound Outreach: Call customers for service reminders, open recall campaigns, and declined services.

CRM Management: Log accurate customer notes, vehicle info, and follow-up timelines in software systems.

Department Collaboration: Work directly with service advisors and managers to coordinate daily shop capacity.

Rental or vehicles-make reservations and rent vehicles as needed to our customers
What You'll Bring

Customer Service: 2+ years
-
Tech Proficiency: Comfortable navigating computer programs and automotive CRM databases.

Organization: Ability to multitask and track multiple leads in a fast-paced setting.

Experience: Prior call center, BDC, or automotive service advising experience is preferred

Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
