Duties
- Lead and supervise the culinary team to ensure high-quality food production and presentation across all dining outlets

- Oversee food handling, preparation, and cooking processes to maintain consistency, flavor, and presentation excellence
- Manage inventory control and food management procedures to minimize waste and optimize stock levels
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, sanitation standards, and health codes at all times
- Coordinate catering events, banquet functions, and special occasions with precision and professionalism
- Supervise shift operations, delegate tasks effectively, and monitor kitchen performance to meet service goals
Requirements
- Proven culinary experience with strong background in fine dining environments and banquet settings
- Demonstrated supervising experience with team management skills that motivate and develop staff
- Extensive knowledge of food production, menu planning, and kitchen management techniques
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and food safety protocols
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality setting
- Experience in dietary department operations and catering services is highly desirable
