As a Senior Tax Manager, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to clients while leading tax engagements and mentoring the next generation of professionals.

Prepare and review complex federal and state tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, trusts, and estates.

Provide strategic tax planning, projections, and guidance while leading IRS audits and tax notice responses.

Manage and expand client relationships by delivering exceptional service and trusted business advice.

Supervise, mentor, and develop accounting and tax staff while fostering a collaborative team environment.

Contribute to firm leadership, business strategy, and long-term growth as part of the firm's succession plan.
Qualifications

Active CPA license.

15+ years of public accounting experience with strong tax preparation and review expertise.

Deep knowledge of individual, corporate, partnership, trust, and estate taxation.

Proven leadership experience managing client relationships and developing staff.

Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
