Siding Installer – Rear Wall Replacement & Water-Damage Repair

SCOPE OF WORK
- Remove and dispose of the pergola over the back deck, including all fasteners and attachment hardware pulled from the house
- Inspect, repair, flash, and weatherproof the pergola attachment points before siding
- Tear off existing siding and accessories from the rear wall
- Inspect exposed sheathing/framing; replace deteriorated wood as needed; install weather-resistant barrier and flashing
- Install new vinyl siding on the rear wall — starter strip, J-channel, corners, utility trim, and window/door transitions, with clean transitions into existing brick, windows, and doors
- Remove rotted trim around the rear exterior door, install new exterior-grade trim, caulk and weather-seal
- Haul off and dispose of all siding, pergola, wood, and packaging debris
No chimney work. No roofing.
JOB DETAILS
- Known water damage behind the existing siding — do not cover deteriorated substrate. Photograph and contact project management if extensive structural rot is found before proceeding beyond approved repairs

REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 2+ years of trade experience
- Must have tools necessary to complete the job
- Must have reliable transportation and a disposal method for all trash and debris
- Take before, during, and after photos
