Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and creative Art Teacher to inspire and educate students in the world of visual arts. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engaging art curriculum that aligns with educational standards.
- Teach various art forms including drawing, painting, sculpture, and mixed media.
- Create a positive learning environment that encourages student creativity and self-expression.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve their skills.
- Organize art exhibitions or showcases to display student work.
- Collaborate with other educators to integrate art into broader educational themes.
- Maintain classroom supplies and equipment, ensuring a safe and organized workspace.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and school administration regarding student progress.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of art techniques and materials.
- Experience in curriculum development tailored for various age groups.
- Familiarity with early childhood education principles and childhood development theories.
- Ability to manage a classroom effectively while fostering a nurturing environment.
- Experience in private school settings is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of Montessori methods is a plus.
- Skills in teaching physical education can enhance the overall development of students.
- Proficiency in integrating math concepts into art projects can be beneficial.

Pay: $24,700.00 - $26,000.00 per year
