We’re looking for an upbeat, polished, and customer-focused Front Desk Concierge to become the face of our salon.
If you love working with people, enjoy creating great customer experiences, and can keep things organized during busy hours, we’d love to meet you.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome clients with a friendly and professional attitude
- Check clients in and out
- Answer phone calls, texts, and appointment requests
- Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments
- Process payments and assist with daily salon operations
- Coordinate with nail technicians to ensure smooth workflow
- Keep the reception area clean, organized, and inviting
- Occasionally capture photos and short videos for Instagram and TikTok
