Shadow-Caster Lighting is seeking an Office Assistant/ Customer Service Associate to join our team. This role will be responsible for daily order entry into our system, responding to customers via email, helping answer phones, interacting with other departments throughout the day and cross traing to cover for our shipping department when people are out.
Qualified candidates must be reliable, hardworking, organized, work well as part of a team and motivated to excel and take on new challenges and responsibilities. A high level of comfort working with computers is a must. Experience with Microsoft office suite, any shipping software, CRM systems is a big plus.
The ideal candidate will be a fast learner, energentic, communicate well verbally as well as through email.
This is a fulltime role working Monday - Friday 8:00-5:00

Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
