Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Restaurant Team Members and shift leaders for this location and Rogers AR. Shift leader pay of course is higher than team member. Come join our fast-paced team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing food items, and ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for our guests. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and standards.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in both front-of-house and back-of-house areas.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while adhering to cash handling procedures.
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining a tidy dining area.
- Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the health and safety of all customers.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a quick service or fast food restaurant is preferred.
- Culinary experience or kitchen experience is a plus.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing.
- Knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation standards is essential.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
