We are seeking a dedicated Pharmacist to join our team at the Flint hospital.
Job Title: Pharmacist - Inpatient
Department: Inpatient Pharmacy
Shift: Evenings
Daily Work Times: 3:00 p.m. - 11:30 p.m.
Scheduled Biweekly Hours: 80
Pay Range: $56.88 to $85.32 plus 7.25% second shift premium. Our Pharmacists are hourly employees, so you are paid overtime over 40 hours per work week.
Position Summary:
Under general direction provides prescribed medications and pharmaceutical products for adequate patient care according to professional standards and practices. Advises/consults with medical staff, other health professionals, patients and families on pharmaceutical and patient care issues.
Required Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited school of pharmacy with BS Pharm or PharmD Degree.
Completion of pharmacy internship and holds state licensure.
Preferred Qualifications:
One year of hospital pharmacy experience.
