Our growing pediatric dental practice is looking for a Lead Dental Assistant who brings equal parts clinical excellence and heart. If you love helping kids feel safe, confident, and even excited about their dental visits, you’ll fit right in.
Duties include:
- Support assistants, manage workflow, and ensure smooth, kid‑friendly care
- Assist the doctor with procedures ranging from cleanings to restorative treatments
- Maintain a safe, welcoming environment for the entire clinical team
- Support patient education — help families understand treatment and home care
- Be a problem solver and help motivate the team
- Compliance and maintenance of all clinical equipment and procedures

- WA state licensed dental assistant with pediatric experience but will train the right person

Pay range $26 to $32 an hour based on experience, plus daily bonus incentives.
