We are currently hiring Account Representatives (Collectors) for our upcoming training class.
Position Overview:
Pressler, Felt & Warshaw, LLP, a prestigious law firm based in Parsippany, New Jersey, is seeking motivated and professional individuals to join our Negotiations and Collections team. This role offers the opportunity to engage directly with clients and consumers, assisting them in resolving outstanding debts while clearly and respectfully communicating the legal process.
We are looking for candidates who are persuasive, detail-oriented, and results-driven, with a strong commitment to maintaining professionalism. No prior legal experience is required—success in this role is driven by strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
What We Offer:
- $20/hour base pay + monthly performance bonuses (after training)
- No cold calling — work with active legal accounts only
- Paid training beginning May 4

What You’ll Do:
- Communicate with consumers regarding existing accounts
- Negotiate and set up payment arrangements
- Explain account status and resolution options in a clear, professional manner
- Work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
