Lead HVAC Installer
We are looking for an experienced Lead HVAC Installer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of residential HVAC installation experience and be confident leading installations from start to finish while also diagnosing and troubleshooting service issues independently. This position works alongside a helper, so strong leadership and communication skills are essential.
Responsibilities
- Lead residential HVAC system installations.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot service issues as needed.
- Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to high-quality standards.
- Work effectively with a helper to complete projects on time.
- Maintain a clean, professional job site and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
- 5+ years of HVAC installation experience.
- Ability to independently diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC systems.
- Strong knowledge of residential heating and cooling equipment.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Own basic hand tools (additional tools provided by the company).
- EPA certification preferred.
