Schedule: Full-Time, rotating schedule with weekend availability

Prevent service failures through effective dispatching of drivers

Supervise scheduling and coordination of shipments

Maintain daily communication with customers to assess fuel needs, market trends, and availability

Work approximately 50–55 hours per week, including weekend rotation with other dispatchers

High school diploma or equivalent required

Experience in the delivery/trucking industry required

Dispatching or customer service experience preferred

Strong computer skills (intermediate level or higher)

Ability to evaluate alternatives and make value-based decisions considering cost, customer expectations, and driver needs

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with proven initiative

Ability to function effectively in a high-stress environment

Must pass background check and drug test

Hand steadiness and finger dexterity to use keyboard and phone

Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs

Walking, standing, sitting, and reaching as needed
