Leads Manager
The Leads Manager is responsible for converting marketing-generated inquiries into scheduled consultations and introductory appointments. This role serves as the first point of contact for prospective students, ensuring every lead receives prompt, professional, and persistent follow-up. The Leads Manager is accountable for maximizing lead response rates, appointment bookings, and appointment attendance while creating a positive first impression of the studio.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to all incoming leads generated through Facebook, Instagram, website inquiries, referrals, events, and other marketing channels.
- Execute a structured follow-up process that includes multiple daily contact attempts through phone, text, email, and other approved communication channels until contact is established or the lead is deemed inactive.
- Maintain an average of at least two call attempts per active lead per day during the initial follow-up period.
- Contact prospective students to establish rapport, identify goals, answer questions, and assess interest.
- Convert qualified leads into scheduled consultations, introductory lessons, or enrollment appointments.
- Maintain consistent and persistent follow-up with leads until a clear outcome is achieved.
- Confirm appointments and implement attendance strategies to maximize show rates.
- Conduct reminder calls, texts, and emails prior to scheduled appointments.
- Reschedule missed appointments and re-engage inactive leads when appropriate.
- Maintain accurate records of lead activity, communication history, appointment status, and outcomes within the CRM.
- Collaborate with the New Student Department Executive to ensure a smooth handoff of scheduled consultations and prospective students.
- Monitor lead quality, response rates, booking rates, and attendance trends while providing feedback to management.
- Assist with lead generation campaigns, promotions, open houses, workshops, and special events as needed.
- Maintain a high standard of professionalism and customer service while representing the studio brand.
Qualifications
- Strong sales background with demonstrated success in appointment setting, lead conversion, inside sales, or high-volume customer acquisition.
- Exceptional follow-up, persistence, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and managing a high volume of lead activity.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven.
- Ability to handle objections and guide prospective students toward taking action.
- Experience with CRM, scheduling, and customer management software preferred.
- Experience in dance, fitness, hospitality, education, or service-based businesses is a plus.

Compensation & Position Details
- Starting pay: $20.00 per hour
- Part-time position averaging 20-30 hours per week.
- Additional performance-based commission paid for qualified appointments that successfully attend their scheduled consultation.
- Opportunity for increased earnings based on appointment booking and show-rate performance.
- Position will begin in-person during onboarding and training to ensure familiarity with studio operations, systems, and culture.
- Upon successful completion of training and demonstrated performance, the role may transition to a fully remote position.
- Flexible schedule may be available based on business needs and lead volume.
Additional Growth Opportunity
- Position may expand to include responding to venue rental and event booking inquiries.
- Responsibilities may include preparing proposals, coordinating follow-up communication, and securing event bookings.
- Upon assuming venue sales responsibilities, the Leads Manager will be eligible for an additional commission on all venue rental deposits successfully secured and collected.
- Specific commission structure and performance expectations will be established prior to the addition of venue booking responsibilities.
