Here’s how it actually works: each month, Zillow sends you a text asking how many leads you want and which ZIP codes you want them in. You answer. As long as you’re working the leads you receive, you control your own volume in the markets you choose — from Providence to Warwick and the towns you know best. For an agent, that kind of control is rare.
And we truly don’t care how much business you do. Work your leads, and work them well. Whether you’re gunning for a career-best year or happy with six to twelve solid deals on your own schedule, you’ll fit right in. You set the pace; we supply the leads.
Our end of the deal

Your end of the deal
- Represent buyers and sellers in residential real estate
- Write purchase and listing agreements for your clients
- Perform property evaluations to price sellers’ homes
- Stay reachable for your clients when they need you
- Keep your CRM and channel-partner systems current
You’ll need an active Rhode Island real estate license (or one in progress — newer agents are welcome), a phone, a car, and the drive to work the leads you ask for.
This is a 1099 independent-contractor, commission-based opportunity — your business, our pipeline.
