LPN/RN Treatment Nurse
Job Summary:
At Onyx Care of Farmerville, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate LPN/RN Treatment Nurse to join our team of skilled healthcare professionals. Responsibilities:
Provide skilled nursing care to patients, including wound care, medication administration, and treatment procedures
Assess patients' physical and emotional needs and develop individualized care plans to address them
Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless transitions and coordinate patient care
Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, medications, and self-care techniques
Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure high-quality care
Requirements:
Current LPN/RN licensure in the State of Louisiana
0 years of experience as an LPN/RN (new graduates welcome to apply!)
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
