We are currently hiring 4* experienced full time CNAs* to serve clients in Indianapolis, Indiana and surrounding areas. We have part-time positions available.
About the Role
This is a hands-on, client-focused position dedicated to improving the quality of life for our clients. You’ll provide essential daily care and support for elderly, mentally disabled, chronically ill, or physically challenged individuals.

Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with bathing, grooming, and personal hygiene
- Helping with dressing and undressing
- Light housekeeping and cleaning
- Laundry support
- Meal planning, preparation, and grocery shopping
- Medication reminders and assistance with opening containers
- Providing companionship, including letter writing and reading mail
- Reporting any changes in client condition appropriately
- Working 12 hour shifts
Applicants must:
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Possess a high school diploma or GED (preferred).
- Hold a current Indiana Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in good standing.
- Have current CPR certification (or obtain within company-required timeframe).
- Possess a valid Indiana Driver's License.
- Maintain reliable transportation and current automobile insurance if transporting clients.
Successfully Pass:
- Criminal Background Check
- Pre-Employment Drug Screen
- TB Test
- Skills Assessment (minimum score of 85%)
- Be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.
Physical Requirements
The CNA must be able to:
- Stand, walk, bend, kneel, squat, and reach for extended periods.
- Lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Assist clients with transfers and mobility.
- Perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the workday.
- Respond quickly in emergency situations.
Preferred Qualifications
- One (1) year of caregiving or CNA experience required.
- Experience working in home care, hospice, long-term care, assisted living, rehabilitation, or hospital settings.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
