Massage Envy Murrieta is looking for an energetic, outgoing Front Desk Sales & Customer Service Associate to join our team.
This is much more than a receptionist position. As the first and last impression of our clinic, you'll create exceptional guest experiences, build lasting relationships, educate guests about wellness, and help clients choose memberships that support their health goals.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Welcome every guest with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude.
Create an exceptional customer experience from check-in through checkout.
Build relationships with members and first-time guests.
Educate guests about massage therapy, skincare services, stretch services, and Total Body Care.
Recommend memberships that best fit each guest's wellness goals.
Recommend retail products based on therapist and esthetician recommendations.
Schedule future appointments and encourage guests to stay consistent with their wellness routine.
Answer phones, respond to guest questions, and manage appointment scheduling.
Support daily front desk operations and maintain an organized reception area.
Work with your team to achieve customer service and membership sales goals.

SCHEDULE REQUIREMENTS
Evening Availability: Required
Weekend Availability: Available at least two of the three weekend days (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday)
Flexibility: Able to work a variety of shifts based on business needs
QUALIFICATIONS
Must be at least 18 years old.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous customer service, hospitality, retail, receptionist, or sales experience is preferred but not required.
Comfortable using computers and learning new technology.
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
