Position Overview
NurseAmerica is seeking an experienced Travel Nurse Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in travel nurse staffing and can effectively source, engage, and place nurses in contract roles across the U.S.
Key Responsibilities

Source and recruit travel nurses for nationwide assignments

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates

Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and credential checks

Manage full-cycle recruitment process

Maintain relationships with candidates and clients

Meet placement and performance targets
Qualifications

Proven experience as a travel nurse recruiter (required)

Strong understanding of travel nursing contracts and compliance

Experience using ATS and sourcing platforms

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
