Position Summary
The Graphics Sales Support Specialist serves as the primary point of contact for customers within the Graphics department, managing projects from initial inquiry through production and installation. This role is responsible for coordinating customer communication, developing accurate project quotes, and ensuring seamless execution of graphics orders.
This position plays a critical role in delivering a high-quality customer experience while supporting efficient workflow between sales, design, production, and installation teams.
- Serve as the primary, forward-facing representative for the Graphics department
- Communicate with customers to initiate orders and gather detailed project requirements
- Provide ongoing updates, answer inquiries, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle
- Develop accurate and timely quotes for a variety of graphics projects, including production decals and vehicle graphics packages
- Convert approved quotes into production orders with complete and accurate specifications
- Ensure all project details are clearly documented and communicated to internal teams
- Manage projects from intake through production and final delivery
- Coordinate and schedule vehicle graphics installations
- Track project progress and proactively communicate timelines and updates
- Order appropriate materials required for each job
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure readiness and alignment with project specifications
- Maintain accurate records of quotes, orders, and project status
- Assist with general administrative duties and workflow tracking
- Support process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer experience
- Assist with design and artwork layout when skillset and workload allow
- Collaborate with design team to ensure customer requirements are accurately translated into final output
Location & Schedule
This position is onsite at our Coatesville, PA Headquarters. The schedule is 8am - 5pm with an unpaid one-hour lunch Monday through Friday.
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

2+ years of experience in sales support, project coordination, or customer service (graphics, print, or related industry preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Experience

Experience with graphics production, vehicle graphics, or print industry workflows
- Familiarity with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)
- Familiarity with NetSuite
- Understanding of materials and processes related to graphics production
Physical Demands and Work Environment
- Office-based with regular interaction across departments
- Occasional coordination with installation teams or production floor
