Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of team members during shifts.

- Manage inventory levels and assist with food handling and preparation processes.
- Train new employees on operational procedures and customer service expectations.
- Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen and dining areas.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Assist in scheduling staff to meet business needs effectively.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the food service or hospitality industry is preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and team members alike.
- Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety regulations is essential.
