Position Overview:
As an Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of our operational processes. You will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of operations, including logistics, supply chain management, inventory control, and process optimization. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and clear communication with Mandarin‑speaking teams.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Operation and supply Chain Oversight: Monitor and analyze supply chain activities, identifying opportunities for improvement and cost reduction. Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to maintain optimal inventory levels and ensure timely procurement of materials.
- Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in operational processes and develop solutions to streamline workflows and improve productivity. Implement best practices and standard operating procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of quality control and ensure compliance with SOP requirements and company standards. Implement quality assurance processes to minimize errors and defects in warehouse operation.
- Data Analysis: Analyze operational data and metrics to track performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. Generate reports and provide insights to inform strategic decision-making.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, production, and customer service, to coordinate activities and achieve operational objectives. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment and synergy across departments.
- Inventory Control: Implement inventory management strategies to optimize inventory levels, minimize stockouts, and reduce carrying costs. Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies as needed.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Business Analytics, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Proven 2-3 years working experience in operations management, logistics, or supply chain management.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with ERP systems or WMS software.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
- Knowledge of industry best practices and regulatory requirements related to operations management.
- Willing to travel within USA.
