A growing community-based private practice in Brooklyn is seeking an experienced Family
Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC) to support pediatric and women’s health services in a fast-
paced outpatient setting.
The practice serves families in the surrounding neighborhood and is located near P.S. 075,
creating strong demand for pediatric visits, school physicals, and preventive care.
Schedule
- Wednesday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Friday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Compensation
$70 – $73 per hour
Clinical Responsibilities
- Pediatric well visits and sick visits
- School, camp, and sports physicals
- Women’s health visits, including Pap smears, contraception counseling
- Preventive screenings and patient education
- Acute care management
- Vaccine review and administration
- Accurate EMR documentation
Requirements
- Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC)
- Minimum 3,600 clinical practice hours completed
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
- Active New York State NP license
- DEA registration
- BLS certification required
- PALS preferred, but not required
- Knowledge of the Vaccines for Children (VFC) program preferred
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
