At European Wax Center, our Guest Service Associates play a critical role in creating an exceptional guest experience from start to finish. As a Guest Service Associate, you will welcome guests, manage reservations, educate guests on our services and products, and confidently recommend memberships and package options that help guests maximize their results while saving money.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is motivated by achieving sales goals while delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a warm, welcoming, and professional experience for every guest
- Manage reservations, guest check-in/check-out, and appointment scheduling
- Educate guests on services, products, memberships, and package options
- Meet and exceed sales goals related to memberships, packages, retail products, and rebooking
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns with professionalism and care
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby areas
- Collaborate with the center team to ensure smooth daily operations
- Accurately process transactions and maintain guest records
QualificationsExperience & Skills
- Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working with computers, POS systems, and scheduling software
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and confident in making recommendations and sales

RequirementsAvailability
- Must be available to work at least one weekend day
