In this role, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to all visitors, employees, and/or contractors by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and reporting concerns through proper channels.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including offices, common areas, entry points, and perimeter areas, to help identify unusual activity and/or potential issues.

Monitor access points and assist with authorized entry procedures for employees, visitors, and/or deliveries in a technology-focused location.

Support day-to-day operations by observing the environment, reporting maintenance and/or security-related concerns, and communicating professionally with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
