Overview
Club Xcite is Hiring a Clinical Supervisor (Master's Level) responsible for overseeing the implementation and quality of behavior intervention services delivered on school campuses. This role includes supervising Behavior Technicians and instructional staff, developing and monitoring behavior support plans, collaborating with school teams, and ensuring services align with best practices in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
This position is ideal for a Master’s-level clinician pursuing BCBA certification
- Setting: Public School Campuses (K–12)
- Location: LA Metro Area (Culver City, Inglewood, and Compton)
- Position Type: Full-Time, W2
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical supervision and coaching to Behavior Technicians and school-based staff
- Develop, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans and related documentation
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and data-based decision making
- Ensure fidelity of behavior intervention implementation in classroom and school settings
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, related service providers, and families
- Participate in IEP meetings, consultations, and multidisciplinary team discussions as needed
- Provide ongoing staff training, performance feedback, and professional development
- Ensure services align with ethical guidelines, district expectations, and company standards
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of supervision, progress, and outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or a related field
- Master’s-level clinician actively pursuing BCBA certification
- Experience working with students with autism and/or challenging behaviors in school settings
- Knowledge of ABA principles, behavior assessment, and school-based intervention practices
- Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-based mode
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience supervising Behavior Technicians or paraprofessional staff
- Experience with IEP processes, school district collaboration, and consultation models
- CPI, de-escalation, or crisis prevention training
- Familiarity with data collection systems and school documentation requirements
