Botanical Nail & Skin Studio is seeking an experienced Brow Expert to join our growing team. We are looking for a skilled, professional, and passionate beauty professional who is dedicated to delivering exceptional client experiences and quality brow services.
Previous experience is required.
An existing clientele is strongly preferred. Must be willing to take necessary steps to build clientele. Candidates who are actively building and maintaining a loyal client base will thrive in our fast-paced, luxury spa environment.
The Brow Expert will provide professional brow services while delivering an exceptional guest experience. Candidates must possess:
- Thorough knowledge of brow shaping, maintenance, and brow care services
- Experience with brow waxing, tweezing, tinting, lamination, and related brow treatments
- Strong cleanliness and sanitation practices
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to educate clients and recommend services and products tailored to individual needs
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Willingness to continue training and stay current with industry trends
All candidates must hold and maintain a current Louisiana State Esthetician or Cosmetology license.

QUALIFICATIONS:
High School diploma or equivalent
Must hold and maintain a Louisiana State Esthetician or Cosmetology license
Previous Brow Artist/Brow Expert experience required
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform professional brow services according to studio standards and protocols Develop service recommendations based on individual client needs and desired outcomes Approach all guest interactions in a friendly, service-oriented manner
Maintain high standards of personal appearance and professionalism
Be punctual for appointments and complete services within scheduled timeframes Maintain complete knowledge of services and products while educating clients
Uphold sanitation and sterilization standards according to Louisiana regulations and studio policies
Stay informed on current brow trends and techniques through continued education Address client concerns professionally and efficiently
Ensure tools, equipment, and workstations remain clean and properly maintained
Report any equipment or supply issues to management
Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio environment
Ensure every client receives exceptional service through professionalism, knowledge, and personalized care
