Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Cook to provide quality meals to our learning center students. The calendar of meals will be provided to the Cook to implement.
Responsibilities
- Assist in food preparation tasks
- Follow recipes and portion control guidelines
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Ensure all food meets quality standards before being served
- Collaborate with the Director on food items needed for restock and preparing menu
Experience
- Previous experience in a kitchen environment is preferred
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques
Must have a food handlers license.
The cook position provides breakfast, lunch and afternoon snack to our learning center students.
Training will be provided.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
