Cherry Creek Dental Spa is growing, and we are looking for an amazing new team member to join us!
We are a boutique dental practice in the heart of Cherry Creek, and we are searching for an energetic, outgoing, personable, and self-motivated Treatment Coordinator who will help be the welcoming “face” of our practice.
Our ideal candidate is someone who genuinely enjoys connecting with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in creating an exceptional patient experience from the moment a patient walks through our doors to the moment they leave.
What You’ll Do
As our Treatment Coordinator, you will play an important role in both patient experience and practice growth. Responsibilities include:
- Communicating with patients throughout their dental experience
- Answering phones, emails, and patient questions with warmth and professionalism
- Communicating with family members, specialists, and other dental offices
- Reviewing clinical treatment plans and helping patients understand their recommended care
- Discussing treatment fees, financing options, and dental insurance benefits
- Helping patients understand the value and importance of recommended treatment
- Addressing questions or concerns that may prevent patients from moving forward with care
- Coordinating appointments and ensuring patients leave with a clear plan for their next visit
- Providing exceptional customer service at every interaction
- Working closely with the doctors and clinical team to ensure a seamless patient experience
A successful Treatment Coordinator is more than someone who schedules appointments. You are the person who helps patients understand their treatment, feel confident in their decisions, and take the next step toward better oral health.
Who We’re Looking For
We are looking for someone who is:
- Energetic, friendly, and naturally outgoing
- Extremely personable and comfortable talking with patients
- Confident discussing treatment and finances
- Self-motivated and able to take initiative
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable using a computer for the majority of daily tasks
- Passionate about providing exceptional customer service
- A strong communicator who works well as part of a team
- Eager to learn and grow professionally
Dental experience is required. Experience with treatment coordination, dental insurance, or case presentation is a plus, but we are willing to provide extensive training and mentorship to the right person.
You will work closely with an incredible, supportive team that is committed to helping you succeed. We believe in close mentorship, continuous learning, and creating an environment where our team genuinely enjoys coming to work.
