We are seeking an experienced Lead Marine Service Technician to oversee service operations, and deliver exceptional workmanship on a wide range of marine vessels. If you're a skilled marine mechanic with strong leadership abilities and a passion for quality service, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain outboard, inboard, sterndrive, and marine electronical systems and fuel systems.
- Assign and prioritize daily workloads to ensure efficient shop operations.
- Conduct inspections and ensure repairs meet manufacturer specifications.
- Maintain accurate service folders and communicate repairs.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of marine service technician experience.
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
- Knowledge of marine engines, electrical systems, and fuel systems.
- Ability to read technical manuals and wiring diagrams.
- Valid driver's license; boating experience is a plus.
- Manufacturer certifications are a plus. Mercury, Yamaha, Suzuki are highly desirable.
