We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Server to join our team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable. Duties:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
- Ensure guest satisfaction by providing attentive service throughout their dining experience
- Assist with food preparation and presentation as needed
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and promptly
- Process payments using cash register or POS system
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
Experience:
- Previous experience as a Server or in the restaurant industry
- Familiarity with POS systems for order processing
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Outstanding guest service skills with the ability to anticipate needs and provide personalized recommendations
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and menu items
- Experience with OpenTable or other reservation systems is beneficial
