Are you a passionate soccer professional with a vision for developing players and shaping the next generation of talent? We're seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Soccer Coaching to lead and grow our coaching program in San Antonio, Texas.
Whether you're looking for a full-time leadership role or a part-time opportunity with impact, this position is for someone who lives and breathes the beautiful game — and wants to help others do the same.
What You'll Do:
Oversee and manage all coaching staff and player development programs
Design and implement training curriculums across age groups and skill levels
Mentor coaches to improve performance, consistency, and coaching philosophy
Foster a positive, competitive, and inclusive soccer environment
Represent the club with professionalism and passion at games, events, and community outreach
What We're Looking For:
Proven coaching experience (youth, club, academy, or collegiate level)
USSF license or higher (or international equivalent)
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Passion for player development and team building
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required
Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and pass background screening
