What we offer:
Day to Day as an Operations Manager:
- Direct daily operations of fleet hubs, or logistics facilities, ensuring service commitments, safety standards, and regulatory compliance.
- Develop and maintain a high-performing team culture, manage performance, and lead talent development
- Monitor and improve service levels, including on-time delivery, load factor, equipment utilization, and customer satisfaction
- Own the location's P&L, manage operating budgets, control labor and variable costs, and report monthly variances
- Address operational disruptions, resolve complex transit or logistics issues, and identify opportunities for process improvement
- Enforce DOT, FMCSA, and other regulatory requirements; lead safety culture through training, incident investigations, and corrective actions
Minimum requirements
- HS Diploma
- Associates Degree
- Must have 3-5 years of Management Experience in Transportation of 50 or more employees.
- Proficient in scheduling.
- Proficient in dispatching.
- Trapeze, Ecolane, Routing box experience a plus.
- Great leadership skills and customer service skills
- Some knowledge of DOT regulations.
- The ability to successfully complete a criminal background check, drug screen, and physical.

· 50,000.00 to 60,000.00/ yr. Salary based on experience
