We're growing our field leadership team and looking for a proven foreman to run our crews and jobsites.
Job Overview
The Site Foreman / Field Supervisor leads day-to-day field operations, directing crews to deliver projects safely, on schedule, and to Paradigm's quality standards. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can read the plans, run the layout, manage people, and keep a jobsite moving.
Duties
- Lead and supervise field crews across concrete and general construction scopes
- Plan and manage daily work, manpower, materials, and equipment to meet the schedule
- Own jobsite safety — enforce OSHA standards, conduct toolbox talks, and maintain a clean, compliant site
- Read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and shop drawings; run layout and grade
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and inspectors
- Track daily production, complete field reports, and communicate progress to the office
- Ensure quality control on cast-in-place concrete, formwork, placement, and finishing
Experience/ What We are Looking For
- Proven experience managing large-scale construction projects with a focus on federal or commercial sectors.
- Extensive background in construction site supervision with hands-on experience in heavy civil or infrastructure projects involving pipelines or similar heavy-duty work.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret technical drawings accurately including schematics and blueprints.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and federal safety standards for construction sites.
- Experience managing teams in a construction management capacity with excellent leadership skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Pay: $30.00 - $36.00 per hour
