Kanna CBD is on the hunt for a Dynamic Team Member to join our crew, creating exceptional customer experiences across Charlotte's vibrant cannabis scene. We believe in one simple truth: we are one team. Every role—from the cafe to production to the dispensary floor—is equally vital to our success, and we ensure that is recognized in everything we do.
In this full-time role, you won't just be a collaborative employee—you'll be a key part of our unified Kanna family. You'll float seamlessly, working across ALL of our locations, including our dispensary and cafe, ensuring every operation is supported.
Your schedule will be fluid, shifting week-to-week in terms of times, locations, and days (including weekends, though not every single one!). As a core part of our team, you'll be cross-trained to educate customers about our products, help them make informed decisions, and foster a welcoming, positive, and professional environment, no matter where you are working.
To genuinely recognize the contributions of every function, our compensation structure is designed to reward the efforts of our dispensary, production, and cafe staff equally. This reinforces our belief that no one role is more important than the other.
We're looking for genuine "people people" and team players—those who've never met a stranger and truly enjoy spending time with their teammates. The ideal candidate is passionate about hemp and cannabis, has a background in retail, and a knack for hitting sales targets.
Flexibility in your availability is a must-have, as we operate seven days per week. Your strong interpersonal skills, proactive customer service, and dedication to building positive client relationships are what will truly set you apart.
If you're enthusiastic about enhancing customer journeys, thrive in a role with built-in variety, and are committed to contributing to the success of a leading CBD brand alongside a great crew, let’s talk.
