The Testing Services Coordinator provides leadership and college‑wide coordination of placement and testing services to ensure accurate, secure, and student‑centered testing operations. This position oversees daily testing center activities, supervises assigned staff, and supports continuous quality improvement through data‑informed decision‑making, policy development, and alignment with best practices in college testing administration. The Coordinator collaborates closely with Student Services, faculty, academic support units, IT, and external partners to deliver reliable testing services that support student success, academic integrity, and institutional goals.
